Céline Dion, 54, has not looked well for some time. Now, she's finally ready to explain.

In an emotional, direct-to-camera video posted early December 8, Dion explained she is suffering from a rare disorder: Stiff Person Syndrome.
The disorder has caused spasms and is known to cause tremendous stiffening of various parts of the body — and it is incurable.
Though attempting to be upbeat, Dion says in the video her rescheduled tour has been postponed again.
"I have to admit it's been a struggle. All I know is singing. It's what I've done all my life, and it's what I love to do the most," she says, tearing up, before going on to express how much she misses her fans.
The outlook feels so bleak.
