Olivia Newton-John, 69, has been dealing with a third cancer diagnosis since last year, a recurrence of her breast cancer from 25 years ago that is based in her sacrum.

The Australian icon sat for a lengthy interview with Australia's Sunday Night, on which she confirmed the cancer is in her back.
She says she is using natural remedies and trying to stay upbeat.
