If you know anything about Sal Mineo (1939-1976) and Don Johnson (b. 1949), you know they acted in the racy play Fortune and Men's Eyes 50 years ago, and that while it was adapted as a feature film in 1971 starring Wendell Burton (1947-2017), Michael Greer (1943-2002) and Zooey Hall (b. 1946), no footage of Sal and Don in action exists.

Until now!
A collector has located 15 minutes of a rehearsal that captures moments from the stage play thought lost to history. I am told the owner of the footage is working on restoring the sound (which exists), and this is merely a teaser of things to come:
I'm also told the play's more outrageous elements — nudity, a prison rape scene — were not included in the footage, which was shot at the Coronet in L.A. in 1969.
Enjoy!
