Von Trapps Mask Up!

The hills are alive ... and they intend to stay that way!

The five surviving actors who played the Von Trapp kids in The Sound of Music (1965) — Nicholas Hammond/Friedrich (b. 1950), Duane Chase/Kurt (b. 1950), Angela Cartwright/Brigitta (b. 1952), Debbie Turner (b. 1956) and Kym Karath (b. 1958) — reunited to model masks modeled after the Julie Andrews (b. 1935) character's drapes-cum-clothing in the film classic!

"Film Von Trapps wearing curtain masks. Our family wears masks, what about yours? #WearAMask#WearAMaskSaveALife#thesoundofmusic."

Designed by Turner, the masks were modeled in images of the kids wearing the creations — with a blank space for the late Charmian Carr/Liesl (1942-2016) and Heather Menzies-Urich/Louisa (1949-2017) — on Karath's Twitter account.

The masks immediately sold out, but be patient — they might not take a thousand years to come back into stock.
