Armed & Dangerous: Hollywood’s Best Biceps

The first in a series zeroing in on the parts that make the sum of the man — to kick things off, some of Hollywood's best biceps ...

Steve Reeves (1926-2000): Muscles for days!

Miles O' Keefe (b. 1954): This movie Tarzan had arms made for swinging.

Paul Newman (1925-2008): To be fair, every part of the ultimate movie star was top-notch.

Sean Connery (b. 1930): Mr. Bond was well-equipped with guns.

Arnold Schwarzenegger (b. 1947): Arnold did nothing but pump iron before his Hollywood debut.

Marlon Brando (1924-2004): Those delts are Stella!

Burt Lancaster (1913-1994): A onetime artist's model, he was also a model of manly movie stardom.

James Dean (1931-1955): Giant arms in this shot!

John Gavin (1931-2018): Totally cut.

George Nader (1921-2002): He had more than a piece of the Rock (Hudson), and for my money, was just as sexy and buff.

Rock Hudson (1925-1985): Well ... okay, maybe it was close!

Woody Strode (1914-1994): Strongman Woody Strode was a site for sore eyes ... with grapefruits on each arm!

So who is your favorite?!

  1. As much I love all of those men, I would have to go with Ricardo Montalban. There were many reasons why he was the ultimate Latin lover.
